As a new Reseller, I signed up with Mosso on May 14, 2008. Since then, I haven't looked back.
I don't think it's fair to leave comments dated year 2007 in the forum as they are outdated and do not do justice to the "more than excellent" service Mosso is providing.
I have already transferred almost 22 sites to my Mosso Reseller account. All of these sites are fully functional without any glitches or downtime whatsoever, up to now.
I have had numerous instances were I requested support via Chat (at different times of the day) and at ALL times I was provided with most helpful and professional support my $100 could buy.
As an example, I had an issue with one of my client's sub-ftp accounts. A chat rep, sorted out the issue in 20 minutes, all while I was waiting online. This must be commended as I did not even need to open a support ticket and I was given "instant help & support". This is a true "wow".
I have chat transcripts for all those who are interested. I am also more than willing to post the URL's of sites I have on Mosso to prove the points here.
Finally, please DO NOT go by the other posts you read here. Mosso has evolved since 2007. So some posts are outdated, and not true anymore.
I will recommend Mosso anytime to everyone who is looking for reliable clustered hosting with excellent support.
Mosso is definitely "value for money".
